Our Execution-Only Services are designed for clients who wish to retain complete control over their investment decisions while relying on Orion Capital AG for precise and efficient trade execution. In this service model, we act solely as an execution partner, carrying out transactions at the client’s request without providing investment advice or portfolio management.
Execution-only means that all investment choices, including timing, security selection, and order size, are made entirely by the client.
In an execution-only relationship, the client makes all investment decisions independently choosing what to buy or sell, when to transact, and in what amount. The intermediary’s role is limited to executing orders efficiently, accurately, and in line with best-execution standards, as well as handling the operational and administrative aspects of each trade.
The client retains full responsibility for investment choices and maintains ownership of all assets, which remain in their name at the custodian bank. This arrangement is suitable for experienced or self-directed investors who prefer to manage their own portfolios but value professional support in executing and processing their trades.
Execution-only is a non-advisory, non-discretionary service, meaning the intermediary acts solely as a facilitator of transactions, not as a manager or advisor.
